Lily Lily Rose
Lily Lily Rose did well to get as close as she got in the second division of the six-furlong handicap behind She's My Dream. Aidan Howard's filly raced from stall one, and she travelled well on the far side for much of the race. She picked up well at the two-furlong marker too when Oisin Orr asked her to, but the near side had the upper hand. She moved over towards the near side to join the near side group inside the final furlong, and she did well to keep on as well as she did to take fourth place.
She raced from stall one, right over on the far side. The other four horses who, with her, filled the first five places, raced from, respectively, stalls 16, 19, 18 and 17 of the 19 runners. So from the four highest stalls. And the first five were nicely in front of the rest of the field at the line. And She's My Dream did the form of the race no harm when she finished second behind Kodiqueen in a five-furlong handicap at Cork on Saturday.
Lily Lily Rose was raised by just 1lb for this run to a mark of 60. She has raced just six times in her life, and she has the potential to go a fair way beyond that mark.
