Golden Lyra looked very good in winning at Kempton last time, but that was well below today’s grade, and she is better judged on the performance that she put up in finishing second in a listed race at Newbury on her previous run.

That run puts her at the top of the market, but Haskoy also looked really good in winning on her racecourse debut at Wolverhampton three weeks ago.  She travelled like the most likely from a fair way out and, although green on the home turn, she picked up well and came right away from two good-looking and well-fancied fillies from good yards.

She shows a really willing attitude and she is well bred and she should come on for that run.  She should be closer to the top of the market than she is in my book.
