Dermot Weld’s horse was an impressive winner of a handicap at Leopardstown in early June off a mark of 82, and he did well to get as close as he did last time back at Leopardstown off a mark of 92, finishing third in a race in which he was the only horse who could get close from the rear.

He gets to compete off the same mark today, he goes well on easy ground, he has a nice high draw, the last six winners of this race were drawn 10 or higher, and his trainer is still a man to note at Galway.
