I am looking forward lots to seeing Impaire Et Passe again, but I think that Teahupoo has been put in at too big a price against him.

Impaire Et Passe could emerge as the main threat to Constitution Hill this season, but he has to step up now from novice company.  By contrast, Teahupoo is proven in this grade.  More than that, he goes well fresh, he is six for six after a break of 50 days or more, and he goes well at Fairyhouse.  He has won three times and finished second once in four runs there.

This has been Teahupoo’s target for a long time, he won the race last year.  Connections had the option of running Irish Point instead or as well, but they are happy to rely on Teahupoo.  I think that he should be closer to Impaire Et Passe in the betting than he is.
